With his integral knowledge of the entertainment industry, as well as his strong connections and insights, Ray will help the clients of Critical achieve the greatest heights of their careers.
Mr. Cleetis Mack is an American rapper from Oakland, California. He was a member of Digital Underground alongside Shock G and KennyK from 1993 and contributed to their many albums. As he possesses a great deal of insights and knowledge of the industry, Clee will assist the clients of Critical in navigating and enhancing their respective careers.

Mr. Brewster is an American former professional boxer who competed from 1996 to 2010. He held the WBO heavyweight title from 2004 to 2006. As an amateur, Brewster won the U.S. national championships in 1995, and a silver medal at that year's Pan American Games, both in the heavyweight division.
Mr. Barrett is an American former professional boxer who competed from 1996 to 2014. Once a challenger for a heavyweight title in 2006, Mr. Barrett has fought with many champions and contenders during his career. Now, an owner of a prized non-profit, Mr. Barrett is now using his experience to leverage assisting the youth for the better.
Mr. Oquendo is a Puerto Rican former professional boxer who competed from 1997 to 2014. A three-time challenger for a heavyweight title, Mr. Oquendo started the Fres Oquendo Boxing Academy (FOBA) which inspires youths to say no to drugs and gangs through Boxing.

Karlos Williams, a former professional football player with the Buffalo Bills of the National Football League (NFL) will lead Critical’s NIL program in regards to football. His distinguished athletic career has provided him with invaluable insights into the sports and business world. Leveraging these insights, Karlos has successfully transitioned, carving out a niche for himself in the performance training industry. His rich understanding of professional sports and business acumen will serve as a vital asset for Critical Sports and Entertainment.
Leonard Merkin, Co-Head of Critical’s wrestling division brings an impressive array of accolades and successes. These accomplishments include being a former Division 1 wrestler for Princeton University, a Greco-Roman Pan-Am Champion, and a GrecoRoman U-23 World Team Member. Leonard will uplift the wrestling division and its clients through his knowledge, expertise, and connections and be an overall benefit to Critical Sports and Entertainment.
