Founder, CEO & Critical Combat Chairman
Gabriel Blinder, CEO of Critical Sports and Entertainment, has always stood out as an astute entrepreneur. He attended New York Law School, earning his Juris Doctor degree and a specialized certification in Intellectual Property Law. Gabriel’s passion for law and the entertainment industry intersected in a powerful way, culminating in the creation of Critical Sports and Entertainment. Gabriel also serves as the Chairman of Critical Combat LLC: sanctioned amateur MMA/kickboxing promotion. The celebrity-backed and rapidly scaling in NYC-based MMA series co-owned with Bobby Shmurda, Waka Flocka Flame, and UFC veteran Abdul Razak Alhassan.
Greg Campbell
Chairman of Basketball
Greg brings over 20 years of sports and administration executive experience, with a focus on finance, operations and sales to his role of Chairman of Basketball at CSE. His past experience as the former President of Business Operations for the Memphis Grizzlies and CFO of the NBA’s Detroit Pistons have given him a depth of experience and network with a reach that benefits all who work with him and the CSE Basketball team.
Bailey Flint
Managing Partner, Women’s Soccer
Bailey Flint was an international student-athlete at the University of Toledo before he was taken second overall by the Hamilton Tiger-Cats in the 2022 CFL Global Draft. Today, he brings that same competitive drive and strategic insight to his work as Managing Partner of Critical Sports & Entertainment’s Women’s Soccer Division, where he works directly with elite athletes to maximize opportunities on and off the field, supporting their careers with a holistic approach to performance, branding, and long-term growth.
