Before joining Critical Sports & Entertainment, he served as Chief Revenue Officer at The Colorado Springs Gazette, where he oversaw corporate partnerships, digital monetization, and multi-platform brand development. At CSE, Brad spearheads the company’s global marketing and storytelling strategy—driving integrated campaigns, event launches, and sponsorship activation across all divisions and live event verticals ranging from Critical Combat and the Global 75 Combine to the Gladiator/Gladiatrix Combat Series. His leadership blends creative innovation with commercial discipline, ensuring that every CSE property delivers measurable impact and cultural resonance in the marketplace.
Joe Molinari
Global Head of Branding & Content
Joe Molinari is a creative visionary and production executive recognized for redefining how global audiences engage with sports entertainment. A former Vice President of Creative Media Operations at WWE, Joe led the development of WWE’s in-house creative agency, overseeing brand storytelling, live-event creative, and multi-platform campaigns that reached hundreds of millions of fans worldwide. At Critical Sports & Entertainment, Joe directs the company’s branding, visual identity, and content strategy. He leads the creative architecture behind CSE’s teams, athletes, and event franchises—ensuring that every property communicates a unified brand ethos and emotional connection with fans. Joe’s cinematic storytelling approach and production expertise are central to positioning CSE as a modern leader at the intersection of sports, media, and culture.
Ken Gibbs
Global Head of Social Media
Global Head of Social Media at Critical Sports & Entertainment, Ken is a highly accomplished executive with deep expertise in digital strategy, brand building, and audience development. He most recently served as Global Head of Social Media Marketing at Spotify, where he led global campaigns across music, podcasting, and platform initiatives. Prior to that, he held senior roles as Head of Series Social at Amazon and Vice President at ViacomCBS, overseeing social strategy and engagement for high-profile entertainment properties. At CSE, Ken leads all social media strategy and execution across divisions, shaping the company’s voice, driving platform growth, and aligning digital content with CSE’s broader business and cultural impact goals.
Rabbina Aziz
Chief Financial Officer
Rabbina Aziz brings extensive experience in high-growth finance and capital strategy to Critical Sports & Entertainment. Formerly the Head of U.S. Finance at Crypto.com, she played a pivotal role in scaling one of the world’s most recognizable fintech brands, leading investor relations, regulatory reporting, and cross-border financial operations. As CSE’s Chief Financial Officer, Rabbina oversees all aspects of financial planning, corporate governance, and investor strategy. She is focused on building a sustainable, data-driven financial infrastructure to support CSE’s expansion across multiple verticals. Her disciplined approach to growth—anchored by transparency, scalability, and long-term value creation—ensures that CSE remains well-positioned for institutional investment and international expansion.
Richard Lisk
Chief Strategy Officer
Richard Lisk is a veteran sports executive with over 25 years of leadership across professional leagues and team operations. Before joining CSE, he served as Executive Vice President at GF Sports & Entertainment and previously held General Manager/Executive roles in professional lacrosse (NLL’s New York Riptide), hockey (ECHL’s Trenton Titans), and arena football (AFL’s Philadelphia Soul). As Chief Strategy Officer, Richard leads corporate strategy, league development, and partnership structuring across CSE’s multi-sport platform. His cross-disciplinary expertise allows him to translate long-term vision into scalable frameworks—bridging athlete development, event production, and commercial growth. Richard’s analytical rigor and operational experience make him a cornerstone of CSE’s expansion roadmap and strategic alignment across divisions.
Stuart Spears
Chief Revenue Officer
Stuart Spears is a proven revenue leader and partnership architect with decades of experience in the professional sports industry. Prior to joining CSE, Stuart served as Chief Revenue Officer for the NFL’s Tennessee Titans, where he directed all corporate partnerships, premium sales, and brand activation strategy. At Critical Sports & Entertainment, Stuart leads the company’s revenue ecosystem—overseeing sponsorship sales, strategic alliances, and monetization frameworks across basketball, combat sports, and live-event properties. His deep network of league and brand relationships enables CSE to structure innovative deals that integrate sports, culture, and entertainment, driving consistent top-line growth and long-term partner value.
Don Kollins
VP of Operations
With over 25 years in sports media, Don Kollins has experienced firsthand the industry’s most exciting transformations. His career has taken him from building professional team partnerships to leading some of the largest sports radio stations across Canada and the United States as a manager and operational leader. Don’s path through radio, television, and digital media inspired him to launch Don Kollins Media, Inc. in 2017, where he helps media, sports, and entertainment professionals strengthen their digital presence in today’s fast-moving landscape. His work has included supporting Twitch with their sports digital footprint, drawing on his expertise in digital channel development, branding, marketing, and content strategy. Throughout his journey, Don has partnered with industry leaders like Rawlco, Rogers, and Entercom, building lasting relationships that continue to shape the future of sports media.
